2026 AI fantasy football draft model

The AI draft model that beat ADP in 1,000 simulated drafts.

ADP tells you who everyone else is drafting. OverADP analyzes player projections, your roster and every live pick—then tells you who to draft next and who can wait.

Proof before promise

The difference started at the draft.

With the Week-1 lineup held fixed to isolate draft quality, OverADP-guided teams finished the regular season in the top three nearly twice as often as ADP-first teams.

That does not promise a title. It is evidence that combining AI projections with roster fit and live draft decisions can build a stronger starting roster than simply following ADP.

Why those drafts separated

ADP follows the crowd. The AI builds your team.

ADP tells you where players are usually selected. It cannot tell you which available player helps your roster most—or whether you can safely wait another round.

01 · ROSTER FIT

Who helps this team most?

Recommendations adapt to starter holes, flex paths, bench depth and the positions you have already drafted.

02 · NEXT-TURN URGENCY

Who is likely to survive?

Target Intel weighs current value against the chance that a comparable player will still be there at your next pick.

03 · AI VS ADP

Where does the AI disagree?

Position-specific models identify players whose expected production differs from where the crowd is drafting them—and show uncertainty instead of fake certainty.

One clear next-pick decision

Stop juggling rankings while the clock runs.

DRAFTING FROM ADP ALONE
  • Same list everyone else sees
  • Shows popularity—not expected production
  • Does not know who may reach your next pick
  • Does not change for the team you are building
DRAFTING WITH OVERADP AI
  • Recalculates after every live pick
  • Adapts to the roster you are building
  • Shows take-now and safe-to-wait signals
  • Displays projection ranges and risk

Questions before kickoff

Know exactly what you are getting

What does the 50.6% top-three result mean?

It is the regular-season top-three rate for Target Intel teams in 1,000 paired retrospective simulations using 2023 and 2024 true ADP. The comparison held the Week-1 lineup fixed to isolate the roster created at the draft. It is encouraging historical evidence, not a promise of future results or prize money.

Why not just follow ADP?

ADP shows where players are usually drafted. It does not predict which available player will help your specific roster most. OverADP combines its own projections with roster fit, positional value, every live pick and the likelihood that a player remains available next round.

Does OverADP connect directly to ESPN, Yahoo or Sleeper?

Not currently. You mark your picks and opponent picks as the draft proceeds. That makes the War Room platform-independent, but it requires manual input while direct league integrations are developed.

Does OverADP guarantee a winning draft?

No. Injuries, weekly management, waivers, trades and playoff variance all matter. OverADP is a transparent draft decision aid, not a guarantee of a particular finish.

What formats does it support?

The War Room supports configurable team counts, draft slots, roster settings and common scoring formats. The published 2026 board defaults to half-PPR.

Can I try it before creating an account?

Yes. Mark live-board picks taken, watch Target Intel recalculate and record one pick free. An account is required only if you choose the $6.99 full-draft unlock.
