Refund Policy

Effective August 28, 2026

OverADP sells immediate digital access to one complete draft for $6.99. We want the product to work when you are on the clock.

Technical-access problems

If a technical problem prevents you from receiving or using the paid draft access, email overadp@gmail.com within seven days of purchase. Include the purchasing email, approximate purchase time, and a description or screenshot of the problem. Do not send your password or card number.

We will first try to restore access or provide a replacement draft. If we cannot provide the purchased access, we will refund the affected purchase to the original payment method.

Used digital access

Because access is delivered immediately, purchases are normally not refundable after the paid draft has been completed or Reset Draft has been used to end it. A disagreement with a projection, recommendation, player outcome, or fantasy result is not a technical failure and does not qualify by itself for a refund.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

Contact us if you believe you were charged more than once or charged an incorrect amount. We will review the Stripe records and correct verified billing errors.

Processing time

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears.

Applicable rights

This policy does not limit refund or consumer rights that apply under law.
